Determination and declaration of increment percentage

All the steps mentioned above is done.
After receiving DMD’s performance ratings for all the eligible employees, there’s a discussion with the respective HODs for the purpose of deciding their percentage of increment.
3.Proposed increment sheet is prepared which contains the average ratings received from all the Reporting Manager, HODs and the Management along with recommended increment percentage to share with the management
The Management finalizes the increment percentage of all employees.
Then, the same increment percentage is declared via email to HODs /Plant Heads for their respective employees.
Only in few cases, if the HOD/ Plant Head proposes to management for a further increase, is the increment percentage revised further. Then the same is declared to respective HOD/Plant Head via mail.
